Selected files are processed in the current browser session. Aftermath has no account, cloud file storage, or server-side file-processing job.

An unfamiliar SVG needs a safe local preview before its shapes are reused in another document.

- The file may contain scripts, event handlers or external references.
- The original SVG must remain unchanged.
Observed operation: Parse the source under the route limits, remove active and request-capable content, and render only the sanitized local preview.
Review the result: Compare the preview with the expected artwork and review the reported source size before choosing an export or cleanup action.
Boundary: A sanitized preview does not guarantee identical rendering in every SVG engine, font environment or downstream application.
